Your Privacy Is Important to us at the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts!

The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC) has on-line ticket and event sales and a content environment that is safe, easy and respectful of our customers.  Individuals who communicate with MAC and supply us with an email address may receive future communications by email, mail or telephone. Persons who do not wish to receive such messages may contact MAC and ask to be removed. MAC supports a customer's right not to receive unwanted emails.  Email addresses are NOT sold or disclosed to any other parties.

MAC has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the MAC website:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like name and email address). We use contact information from the registration form to send the user information, special events and discounts at MAC. The user's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.

Our site uses an order form for customers to purchase tickets, products and services. We collect visitors' contact information (like email addresses and credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to ship orders and send information from MAC. The user's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may choose to stop receiving future mailings by sending an email requesting that the user and email be removed from our list.  Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services.
